This is an intensive hands on session that is offered for 70 or 50 min. Treatments are based on palpation, and the healing modality chosen is tailored to your constitution and sensitivity. I do a root treatment with tools held on the surface of the body to move energy subtly and powerfully. The root treatment supplements the foundational qi of life, the energy that gives life to us and the universe and heals mind and body. Supplemental treatment is completed as needed with needles, moxa, Japanese movement therapy, and massage. It is a profoundly nourishing treatment and many patients experience a considerable decrease in pain and stiffness if not entire disappearance of pain with the root treatment alone.

The Classic Acupuncture treatment is suited to patients who benefit from less stimulation and less time on the table and desire a more affordable option. Your energy is assessed through palpation techniques, needles are placed gently and you rest in solitude for a short time. The modality chosen can be stimulating TCM acupuncture or a gentle Japanese-style non-insertive balance treatment.

Microneedling or Collage Induction Therapy is a minimally invasive treatment to rejuvenate the skin. A device with fine needles creates tiny punctures in the top layer of skin, which leaves the upper layer of skin intact. The micro-channels created allow for penetration of topical stem-cell serums and nutrients, which enhance the collagen formation and elastin. After 4 treatments, once per month, patients notice improvement that last for years.
Cosmetic Acupuncture is the insertion of needles into points in the face, which stimulates the growth of collagen. Diagnostic emphasis is placed on understanding the complexities of the patient conformation, which consists of presenting pathology, detailed constitutional analysis, and subjective patient complaints. Herbal consults are included in Gentle Energetic Japanese treatments, time permitting. Consults utilize abdominal diagnosis (Fukushin) and questioning and can be booked as a solo service.
